PvP ruleset
Forever includes a dedicated PvP ruleset for open-world faction conflict, and characters there are locked to one faction. Blizzard says Battlegrounds can include players from different rulesets, except Hardcore, which remains separate.

Class builds
Each class hub will carry its own PvP build section. Talent and balance recommendations remain beta-sensitive until tuning settles.
Gear & battlegrounds
Blizzard has announced a new 15-vs-15 Battleground in the Darkspear Islands, combining strategic control points with Arathi Basin-style flag capture and defence. Exact gearing routes, rewards and class matchups will be added only as beta and live data confirm them.
PvP provides 12 launch Legacy Points.
Legacy rewards PvP progression through rank milestones, Battleground reputations and Field of Honor Season’s Journey milestones. The Resourcefulness tree also includes For Great Honor for increased Honor gains, while High Alert improves stealth detection outside Battlegrounds.

Rules can be documented now; performance rankings cannot sensibly be frozen while beta balance is still moving. Builds and gearing recommendations will therefore carry clear update dates.
